1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using API Unit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users under 18 may use the platform, but cannot enter into paid agreements; parental supervision is recommended. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

3. Subscription and Billing

API Unit offers recurring subscription plans billed via Stripe. You authorize automatic monthly charges on the selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

API Unit aims for 99.99% uptime. Support requests will be answered within 24 hours. SLA does not cover downtime caused by force majeure, maintenance, or third-party services.

5. Data and Logging

Every API request is logged (body, headers, parameters, responses) for 7, 30, or 90 days depending on your plan. Aggregated statistics (latency, success/failure/skipped counts) are stored permanently. Email alerts are sent when a test fails.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your API usage, credentials, and compliance with local laws. Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity may result in account suspension or termination. Users are responsible for protecting their account password and API keys. Notify API Unit immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". AUTO MAGIC CAST SRL is not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

API Unit may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or by posting updates on the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
